We are currently shipping within the United States.
Is shipping free on all orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental US.
Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. The best way to determine this is to add the items to your cart. Our system will automatically estimate the shipping costs based on destination.
How long does shipping take?
Items that are "In Stock" will ship from our California warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous US could take 3-7 days.
Which carrier is used for shipping?
We work with a variety of carriers (FedEx, UPS and Ontrac) in order to minimize the time it takes for you to receive your order.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped, please email us at hello@tumbleliving.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
Why do you fold the rugs before shipping? Doesn't that damage the rug?
We fold our rugs to minimize the transportation cost from our facility to your home. Rolled rugs are bulkier, more difficult to handle, and more expensive to ship. Shipping in a box not only saves you money but it offers the best customer experience: you can easily move them, unpack them, and even repack them should you ever need to move.
Folding the rugs will not damage them although it may temporarily crease them The fibers will eventually resume their position within a few days of unfolding.
