What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your rug for any reason within 30 days and Tumble will cover shipping costs to return your item(s).
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new and sellable condition. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair.
Free Shipping and Free Returns applies to all Rug orders within the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories). Rug Swatches do not qualify for free returns.
Are there restocking fees for returning or exchanging items?
There are absolutely no restocking fees. We cover 100% of the costs to return your Rug and Rug Pad.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return/exchange, please visit our Returns / Exchange Center and make sure to have your Order Number and Email address ready.
When filling out the form, you can indicate whether you would like to initiate a return or an exchange. Upon completing the form, we will email you a prepaid FedEx label to print out and attach to your box to return your items. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the email at the drop-off location instead of printing the label.
Please note that you may only exchange once. We do not accept an exchange of an exchange.
