Yes! Tumble rugs do not use 'Velcro' or any other fastening materials to connect the rug to the rug pad. When desired, the rug can easily be removed from the pad, washed, and placed right back.
Our intention is to accurately depict the true color in all our online photos; however, some colors may slightly vary across different pictures. The product photos (on white background) will most accurately reflect the rug's true colors. The “View it in your room” (augmented reality) and Lifestyle photos (including Social Media) should not be used for assessing colors.
Yes, if you are an existing Tumble customer you can order additional rugs for use with your Tumble Rug Pad. In order to do so, please email us at [email protected] with your rug selection.
Our rugs are coated with a water-based solution that is commonly used in medical and outdoor clothing. This coating helps separate oils, stains, or liquids from the fabric, preventing any absorption.
We pride ourselves on our high standards and rigorous testing. Firstly, our rugs are OEKO-TEX certified! In addition, our rugs and pads are tested in accordance with US safety standards and California's Prop 65 at a CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) approved, independently accredited testing laboratory. Our rugs and pads have been tested to meet or exceed the US safety standards for the following chemicals: PFCs (including PFOA and PFOS, which are found in waterproof coatings), VOCs, BPAs, common heavy metals such as Lead & Cadmium, Phthalates, Formaldehyde, Formamide, and Dichloromethane (found in other washable rugs).
The spillproof effect will begin to diminish after washing, however this will vary based on multiple factors (e.g., detergent, wash cycle, humidity etc.) The spillproof coating is meant to serve as a "first line of defense", however the rug can always be washed to remove spills and stains.
Yes, you can vacuum your Tumble on the lowest setting (without use of a beater brush). Avoid vacuuming the sewn edges of the rug.
We don't recommend using autonomous robot vacuums as they've been known to damage the rug's edges.

I can own rugs again!!! I rescue cats and some have special needs. Which means accidents happen. I only have hard surface flooring in my home because of it. I purchased 2 rugs hoping they would be as awesome as they seem. One of my special needs cats had a seizure directly on the rug not a week into owning it. When animals seize if they have a full bladder, well they won't be for long. You have no idea how amazing it is to be able to pop the rug in the washer. It washed up like it was brand new. I love that the rugs stay put once down and that they have a wonderful cushion under them, but being able to wash them is such a game changer for me. Never thought I would be able to have rugs again, Thanks Tumble!!!

Received today. Got the mat and rug down in about 15 min. Minimal creases.
I have a Ruggable and it still stakes me at least a half an hour to center it on mat. This was so much easier! The price id definately better. So glad I found Tumble when I was looking for a new living room rug.
The colors and abstract patter look amazing in my mid century house!!

So soft and looks perfectly in my new kitchen. Love that it’s easy to wash and is exactly as portrayed on the site!

We have 2 small dogs that have occasional accidents. We had given up on the idea of rugs altogether. We moved a few weeks ago and I was determined to find a solution. After extensive research I discovered Tumble. Obviously the reviews sold me immediately but you know, I was apprehensive because come on…spill proof? Let me tell you! After easily placing down the mats, attaching them, slipping the rug cover on…I was so excited at how beautifully it looked in my kitchen. I’m not even kidding when I say our little new rescue, puppy mill dog, Sadie went potty right on it…. Really?!!! Quickly put a few paper towels on the tiny area, and it was gone. The rug was not wet, it literally soaked into the paper towel and not a single spot, stain… just nothing! I’m a forever customer now. I call it the magic rug!! Invest, you will LOVE IT!

I really love this rug, the colors the ease in laying, the padding, oh and I did I say the price? Dog friendly just added to the appeal. This will not be the last one I buy form Tumble, my son bought runners from a competitor for his house. All I can say, padding genius, the tuck in corners, genius, the grippers? I love it, Sushi loves it, very happy with the price and my purchase. /var/folders/_k/yrt9sdy56d3b1jfdvwy__41m0000gn/T/com.apple.iChat/Messages/Transfers/66838063935__270EBC5B-E716-4EE6-B342-4844BBA128BA.jpeg
